Wonderful 3 bedroom 2 bath Beach Duplex Home that is located just steps to the beach and to nice restaurants.
The property has a great roof top deck that has ocean views, a BBQ, and patio furniture.
In the home there is king bed, 2 queen beds, and queen sofa bed.
There is parking, a nice new kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a wet bar in the master bedroom, and two 42” plasma TV’s.
Walk or bike to everything!!

Rates are based on a 5 persons stay.
Additional guests are charged $25 ea. per night
$150 exit cleaning fee.
