Vacation Rental Description:

Orange Tree Estate is within a few minutes driving distance of 24 hour Hypermarket, Bank and Restaurants. A whole host of shops, diners and attractions are nearby, Disney circa 10/15 mins drive. Communial (free) facilities at Orange Tree include Football Pich, Tennis Court, Basket Ball Court and Childrens Play Area. The property is set within a much larger than normal 'plot' and affords a high degree of privacy with no properties to the rear.

The villa has a particularly attractive layout that wraps around two sides of the oversized South/East facing swimming pool (fully Screened) with clear outlook over Orange Grove. 3 Full Bathrooms & 4 Bedrooms, 2 with double beds & 2 with twin single beds. (Note: The second sitting room can also be converted into a double 5th bedroom if required) sleeping up to 10 people. The master and 2nd bedrooms are complete with on-suite facilities.

Large screen TV (Cable circa 200 channels inc Soccer channel with European games / news etc). Internet (Broadband) connection available & all bedrooms. Full Air Conditioning / Heating as required. Ceiling fans (Paddle) to Patio & living room.

The pool is heated (free) by oversized solar panels located on the roof, an optional gas pool heater is available at extra cost for Winter time use if required.

Our vacation villa is located in the Orange Tree development located just west of Walt Disney World, accessed off highway 192 & North onto 27 (Disney fireworks can be seen in the distance at night from the pool area). Exquisitely layed out villa complete with 30' x 15' pool & spa (free solar heating) with open and clear rear aspect overlooking orange grove.
