Labor Day special 3 nights for the price of 2 total cost $1000

Sleeps 10, 3 master suites. This Fall and Winter season spend Romantic Getaway Weekends in our private Lake Michigan Beach home . 3 suites with private baths and Lake MIchigan views , wireless internet is available.

You may rent the house for $500 per night with a 2 night minimum on the weekends. Weekly rates are less, see the price schedule. Visit this fall and enjoy the beautiful fall colors and local produce from the many organic farms and orchards in the area, the farmers ,market is open on Saturdays and Wednesdays. There are also many local wineries to enjoy.South Haven is noted for its beautiful beaches, come and enjoy great for walks along the private beach, tennis court,beautiful sunsets and year around fine dining. In the winter there is a beautiflul covered outdoor icerink in town.There is down hill skiing at nearby Bittersweet Ski Resort.

Now taking Reservations for September 2009 thru summer 2010, The pool is heated from mid May thru mid September, there is a great tennis court,. The sunroom has beautiful views of Lake MIchigan and the beautiful sunsets over Lake MIchigan. This home has been enjoyed by many families for holiday get togethers and family reunions.

Spectacular 4 year old designers home in private gated community with pool and private beach and tennis courts , for the community.-The house has amazing views of Lake Michigan and its sunsets from all major rooms. Private deck with gas grill has access from dining room and sun room with glass roof. First floor master with whirlpool and seperate shower has a king size bed. Second very private suite over the 2 car Garage,is perfect for guests or grandparents. Fully equiped kitchen is all electric. Laundry room with washer and dryer. On the second floor you will find two more bedrooms one with a queen size bed and one with twin beds that share a bathroom. There is also a loft overlooking the great room. There is an additiional bedroom adjacent to the master with a trundel bed ,perfect for a baby or small children or a single adult. The house is beautifully furnished and landscaped but also practical and easy to maintain Other amenities include a microwave, 36" tv, cable ,dvd player,Internet , portable stereo, central air conditioning, outdoor shower,4 full baths.and a gas fireplace in the great room with a flip on switch in the wall next to the broom closet. . Bed linens are included ,towels are optional. A short walk to the beach or the pool .Beach access is by a path in the dune , not stairs. A very desirable location and property. Major rooms include a fully equiped electric kitchen, a dining room which seats 10 easily, a large great room with adjacent "4 Seasons" room, and a loft/ sitting room overlooking the great room.

50 % deposite to hold for one week,then full payment in advance plus $500 security deposit. . Additional pet deposit $500 No credit cards Will hold 2007 dates with a 50% refundable deposit until January 2007

No refunds on summer rentals unless another renter is found. Full refund on off season rentals with two weeks notice.

Visit this quaint small town in southwest michigan with one of the most beautiful beaches in the country according to midwest living magazine.The beach is beautiful to walk along and very accessible down a winding path in the dune and the pool is heated June thru September, weather permitting. The sunsets are spectacular all year round.There are many Antique Shops and Art Galleries in the town and Surrounding areas, as well as 3 golf courses and a large selection of excellent Restaurants. Douglas/Saugatuck is 12 miles away and Holland is only 25 mile north on highway 31 or take the Scenic drive up Blue Star Highway and stop at fruit stands and nurseries and art galleries along the way . If you drive south 20 miles to St. Joe there are several excellent wineries to visit. There are tennis courts one block away and you can Hike or bicycle or cross country ski along the Scenic Kal Haven trail to Kalamazoo. Skiing is available during the season at nearby Bittersweet ski resort, about 20 mlies away.
